		<description>I just can&#039;t for the life of me think how this could work. Surely it would have to be opt-in, and to get a critical mass there would need to be some incentive (people are wising up to the fact that their personal data has some value these days). Who&#039;s going to offer the incentive, and what will they get in return?

I don&#039;t mind the idea of giving up a little bit of information if I want more relevant content or offers, on a case by case basis, but if I end up with an &quot;e-dentity&quot; footprint I won&#039;t be happy.</description>
